Medicaid Notice

If you have Utah Medicaid, therapy is covered at no cost to you — start at the Medicaid coverage consult. We cannot accept private payment from Medicaid clients, so the packages on this page won’t apply to you.

Care Packages & Ways to Pay

A season of care, within reach.

Some work asks for more than week-to-week. A care package is a quiet commitment: the membership you choose, held for a season — three, six, or twelve months. Financing can spread that season over a longer stretch of payments, so the monthly number fits your life. The numbers themselves are settled with you in a consult — not printed on a card.

Choose your level of care.

Every package is built on one of the practice’s memberships — the same care, at the same membership rates, simply committed to for a season. Start with the rhythm that matches where you are.

Group & Community

Community Membership

Healing Group access · the member community

Support in good company — group work, shared practice, and a community that keeps you accompanied between the harder seasons.

Each membership is described in full — including its current rate — on the membership page. A package is billed at those same standard membership rates; it changes the commitment, not the price of care.

Choose your season.

How long would you like the work to be held? Not forever — just long enough to be honest with it.

Three Months

A Season to Settle In

Long enough to get past introductions and into a real working rhythm — and short enough to feel like a beginning, not a vow. It ends with a natural pause to decide what comes next.

Twelve Months

A Year, Held

For those who already know this is a long walk. A whole year with your care decided and your rhythm set — through the holidays, the hard months, and the ordinary weeks that do the quiet work.

Financing available Plan It in a Consult

A package begins only after a free consult confirms the fit — for you and for Helen. That’s also where the numbers are settled, plainly and out loud, before anything is signed.

The care you want now, paid at your pace.

This is the whole point of a package: you shouldn’t have to choose less care than you need because of what a single month can hold. Financing spreads a 3-, 6-, or 12-month season across a longer run of payments, so the monthly amount stays workable.

How the spreading works

The season decides how much care you receive, and when. The financing term decides how long you take to pay for it — and the two don’t have to match. Someone who wants weekly therapy but has a smaller monthly budget can finance a three-month weekly season over six or twelve months instead. The care arrives now; the cost arrives gently.

1

Start with the consult.

Fit comes first. The free 15-minute consult confirms that a package — and Helen — are right for you before any money changes hands.

2

Choose your care and your season.

A level of care from Step One, a season from Step Two. Helen will help you land on both, without hurry.

3

Shape the monthly payment.

With the financing provider, choose a payment schedule — it can run longer than the season itself — until the monthly amount sits comfortably in your budget.

4

Begin.

Your rhythm is set, the payments are settled, and the only thing left is the work itself.

Every rate, in one place.

However you arrive, the cost of care shouldn’t be a mystery. Here is the whole picture.

Free Consult $0 · 15 minutes. Every path starts here — a short conversation to make sure the fit is right before anything is booked or paid.
Standard Session $189 per 50-minute session. The private-pay rate for individual therapy, and the rate used with out-of-network commercial insurance. A superbill for possible reimbursement is available on request.
Member Session $123 per session. For clients with an active membership, as availability and fit allow. See membership options.
Utah Medicaid $0 — its own pathway. Therapy is covered at no cost to you, and no private payment is ever collected. Start at the Medicaid coverage consult.
Good Faith Estimate Available on request. A written Good Faith Estimate of expected costs is available before you begin care, in line with the No Surprises Act.

A note for Medicaid clients.

Care packages and memberships are private-pay offerings only. If you have Utah Medicaid, your therapy is already covered at no cost to you — we cannot accept private payment from Medicaid clients, and private-pay options are never a workaround for covered care. Please begin at the Medicaid coverage consult instead.

The small print, said plainly.

Why don’t the packages show a price?

Because a package isn’t a different product with a different price — it’s the membership you chose, committed to for a season, billed at the same standard membership rates published on the membership page. What changes is the shape of the payments, not the cost of care. In your consult, Helen will walk through the actual numbers with you, plainly, before anything begins.

How does financing work?

You choose your level of care and your season; the financing provider spreads the cost across a payment schedule that can run longer than the season itself, so the monthly amount fits your budget. Terms, timelines, and any cost of financing are set with the provider and are subject to their approval — and none of it is decided until you’ve seen the numbers and said yes. The Financing section above walks through it.

Can I change my level of care mid-season?

Usually, yes. If weekly turns out to be more than you need — or twice-monthly less — say so in session. Helen will help you adjust the membership beneath your package, and any change to billing is worked out together before it happens.

What if life happens — can I pause?

Packages can be paused or adjusted in conversation with Helen. Life happens; the work should bend with it, not break. If you need to step away, start by telling her — the practicalities, including your financing schedule, get sorted from there.

What happens if I miss a week?

Your sessions are scheduled directly with Helen, and reschedules are handled together as they come up — a missed week is a conversation, not a forfeit. The practice’s cancellation policy applies to late cancellations and no-shows.

Does a package include the community?

Yes — community access comes with the membership itself, so a package keeps you in the member community for the length of your season.

Start with a conversation.

Every package, membership, and session starts the same way: fifteen unhurried minutes with Helen to see whether this is the right place for your work. No cost, no obligation, no card required.
