Packages are private-pay only and cannot be used for Medicaid-covered care. Sessions are subject to Helen's calendar and clinical fit, and the standard 24-hour cancellation policy applies — a late cancellation or no-show may count as a used session. Unused sessions expire at the end of the validity period.
