Not crisis support
Community access and messaging are not monitored 24/7. For immediate support, call or text 988 or use emergency services.

Is the Community Membership a therapy replacement?
No. It gives access to the Healing Group and member community, plus one free therapy session with signup. Ongoing individual therapy is included in the Healing and Growth tiers.
Can I buy extra individual sessions?
The standard private-pay session rate is $189. Active members may request extra private-pay sessions at the member rate of $123/session. Extra sessions depend on Helen's availability, clinical fit, and the right container for the work.
Can Medicaid clients join?
Memberships are private-pay and should not be used as a private-pay workaround for Medicaid. If Medicaid may apply, start with Helen's consult or Medicaid scheduling path first.
What happens if I miss a session?
Membership sessions do not roll over. Helen's cancellation policy still applies, and late cancellations or no-shows may count as the included session for that month.
