A somatic, holistic therapy practice growing into a full haven for your health and wellness. Neurodivergent-affirming. LGBTQ+ affirming. Mask off allowed.

Every new client starts with a free 15-minute consult. A conversation about fit, never a sales pitch. If we're not the right match, we'll point you to someone who is.
Talk therapy is the bones. Somatic work, breath, Reiki, and sound are the breath. Every session is built around your nervous system, not a protocol.
Sensory-aware lighting, fidgets on hand, no expectation of eye contact. You don't have to perform here. You don't have to be anyone but yourself.
The Healing Haven started as a therapy practice. It's becoming a place where every part of you gets a seat — one team, one membership, one downtown Salt Lake City home.
Somatic, holistic therapy. Trauma, ADHD, boundaries, and the long work of feeling safe in your own life again.
Feel-good care for the outside, from providers who listen first and treat second.
Practical tools and habits that support your whole system — starting with our practitioner-grade supplement shelf.
Goals, accountability, and someone in your corner between sessions.
A healing sound experience. Crystal and Tibetan sound for when language stops working.

Helen DeLovely, LCSW, is the founder and clinical director of The Healing Haven — a somatic practitioner, Reiki practitioner, and, openly, a neurodivergent clinician who has done her own long work.
Therapy here is slow on purpose. Your nervous system is not a worksheet, and your story is not a treatment plan lifted from a binder. We build yours together, and we adjust it as you adjust.
You don't have to mask. You don't have to perform. You don't have to be anyone but yourself.
Small on purpose. Everyone here knows your name, and nobody hands you off to a call center.

Leads every clinical decision in the practice and still keeps her own caseload. The haven is her design, top to bottom.
A master of social work student training under Helen's direct supervision — part of the Haven's commitment to growing the next generation of clinicians.

Your first call and your steadiest thread — scheduling, questions, and making sure nothing about getting care feels harder than it should.

Builds the systems behind the calm — so the team can spend its energy on people, not paperwork.
A private downtown office with soft light, no fluorescents, plants and warmth instead of white walls. Sound bowls within reach.
You don't have to arrive composed or prepare anything. Most first sessions are a slow conversation about what brought you, and what pace feels right.
Minimal scent, fidgets available, no expectation of eye contact. Quiet building, secure entrance, and secure telehealth when getting here is more than the work itself.
A free 15-minute consult always comes first. Standard private-pay sessions are $189; members pay $123. No deposit is charged at booking.
The core of the work. Weekly to start, then we adjust the pace together once we know what your nervous system is asking for.

Yes. Soft lighting, minimal scent, fidgets available, no expectation of eye contact. Take off your shoes, sit on the floor, lie down — whatever your body asks for.
Talk therapy is the grounding. Somatic work, breath, Reiki, and sound bowls are offered when they fit and when you want them. Nothing is required, and nothing is generic — we build your plan together and adjust as you adjust.
Yes. In-person is the heart of the practice, but secure telehealth sessions are available — especially for weeks when getting to the office is more than the work itself.
They're being built now, in the same building with the same team. Members hear first and get member pricing when each one opens — the membership already spans everything.
